Dadar Fried Egg

Dadar Fried Egg is a type of omelette which is usually made to accompany white rice. It is a simple dish for lunch and dinner and usually become side dish and sometimes main dish (when you have only egg at home or too tired to cook other dish). It is suitable eaten with steamy rice and soy sauce and is easy to make. Kids usually loves it.

Dadar fried egg usually contains onion, garlic and sometimes chili. This makes the fried egg contains various flavor in it, and also not boring as you can taste the crunchy onion and chili while eating it.

The amount of cooking oil used affect the texture of the omelette. The more cooking oil used the fluffier the egg will be. And we also have to make sure the oil is well heated before adding the egg mixture into the pan. Cautions also must be taken while flipping the egg.
